License and price information

VAT for customers within the European Union (EU)

Purchases by customers within the European Union (EU) are subject to VAT. Companies within EU that are registered for VAT can purchase without VAT by specifying a valid VAT-ID number in the ordering process.

Corporate customers within EU that need an online printable receipt (invoice) showing their VAT-ID number, can order from Share-It.

VAT is not added for purchases by customers outside the European Union (EU).

All prices are listed without VAT

VAT will be added to the listed prices for consumer customers within EU if a valid EU VAT number is not supplied. VAT is not added for customers outside the EU, or for companies that have a valid VAT-ID number.

When ordering a license for more than one user from RegSoft or Share-It, the number of users can be entered directly in the order form. When ordering from Kagi or directly from us, you'll have to order one Single-, 10-, 25- or 50-User License, and in addition order Extra User Licenses "on top" to reach the number of users required. You will receive one multi user license covering the total number of users in the order. For example, to order a 12-User License, you order one 10-User License and two Extra User Licenses. The table below shows the prices for the different licenses.

The total price for a multi user license will be the same for the two ordering methods described above.

After payment is received, you will receive registration codes via email that you apply to the trial version  to unlock it. Time elapsing from placing an order until receipt of your registration codes will depend on the order method. When ordering online and pay by credit card, you normally receive the registration codes within 1 working day. If you have not received the registration codes within 4 days, please notify us. If you use bank transfer, it may take several weeks.

Adding users to your existing license

If you need to increase the number of users for a license bought previously, you can buy Extra User Licenses. Make sure to include the serial number for your existing license in the order. Extra User Licenses can be bought from Kagi, Share-It or directly from us.
