Description
Standard HTML tag. Used to make hyperlinks to other topics and to the web. Stands for Anchor. A tags enclose text or graphics and makes them into hyperlinks (by using the HREF attribute), or defines a "bookmark" (named location) inside a topic (by using the Name attribute).
