Insert "stuff" into the Table Of Contents file.

Description
Based upon the Name attribute, runs some code to insert text into the Table of Contents file. In the future, plugins (generating text to be inserted into contents files) named by the 'Name' attribute will be able to be invoked from this element.

Attributes

Name - Name of "plugin" to run to generate Table of Contents structure.

Description
Examples of generators are 'Overview' which makes a link to the "library overview" topic, and 'ComponentLinks' which inserts the component structure into the table of contents.

Title - Text to use as the link text.

Description
May or may not be relevant to the plugin named by 'Name'.
