When Time2HELP is started, a default project is created. It is possible to add source code files and topic files to this "empty project". However, it is recommended to use one of the wizards to create a project, to ensure correct setting of various properties.
To create a source code documentation help file, use the New Library Help Project wizard
To create an application help file, use the New Application Help Project wizard
Note that the wizards do not create two different project types, they simply set different properties such as source code documentation directory location etc. You can add source files to a project created with the application help file wizard, or you can turn a source code documentation project into a project for creating application help files by setting necessary properties manually.
