Description
TopicEx "encapsulates" the decision about how the non-scrolling region should look. If you need full control over the look of the non-scrolling region, you should use Topic, else you should use TopicEx. In the future (likely T2H 1.1), it will be possible to customize the look of TopicEx topics.
